Cancellation Policy

Orders:
Orders cancelled more than 7 days prior to the pickup/delivery date, the full amount will be refunded. If you need to cancel within 7 days of the pickup/delivery date, 50% of your payment will be retained or you may choose to reschedule the order for a future date within 14 days. Orders cancelled within 48 hours of pickup/delivery date, no refund or rescheduling will be offered. ALL deposits are nonrefundable and can NOT be used as a credit.​ Please note: payment must be made to secure your order.​

Private Events & Charcuterie Classes:
All Events & Classes cancelled at least 7 days prior to the date will be credited for a future class or may be transferred to another guest to attend. Cancelled Classes & Events are not eligible for refunds but may always be transferred. Please call the shop directly and speak with a MB member for assistance.

Retail:
All sales are final.
